Wills & Trusts

Starting from £249.99

A Will is a legal document that outlines how a person’s estate, including their money, property, and possessions, should be distributed after their death. It allows the individual to specify who will receive their assets and in what proportions, as well as dealing with guardianship of children or to leave instructions for funeral arrangements.

A trust is a legal arrangement that can be incorporated into your Will, providing enhanced protection for your assets and added security for your loved ones. Wills that include this feature are known as trust Wills. Trusts are particularly beneficial in situations such as safeguarding your estate from potential future care fees, ensuring your assets are distributed fairly if you have a spouse or partner but children from a previous relationship, or providing for a vulnerable or disabled individual.
